Young Striker Andy Pugh has been with the Gills since the age of 10 progressing through the club's Centre of Excellence to make his league debut in the home defeat by Brighton in February 2007. He made 3 appearances for the Gills in all competitions last season taking his total for the club to 6.

Finding his first team chances limited last season Andy gained valuable experience with loan spells at Welling United and Maidstone United. Andrew is currently on a one month loan at Folkestone Invicta.
